PAYMENTS
There are 2 payment options;
PayPal
You don't need a PayPal account to pay this way, you can check out as a guest.
Stock will only be allocated to orders that have been paid for.
Offline Payment
If you need to discuss something, you are unsure what you're delivery charge should be, would prefer to pay in store, or have a credit / voucher to use, but want to secure your order, please select the "offline payment" option when ordering. No payment will be taken at the time. We will hold your items for 2 working days. Please send us a quick email or contact the store and let us know the query. We will then send you an invoice for payment. Payment can be made in store, over the phone or via PayPal email.
LEAD TIMES
Stock / Confirming lead times
Unless it is stated on a product description the item is in stock.
Once your order is received we aim to contact you with 48 hours (excluding weekends), to confirm collection, shipping or delivery details.
Collections
ALL collections must be pre arranged.
We have several warehouses around Devon & Somerset and may need to transfer your goods to make sure they are in the right place for you.
Goods can be collected from our Bridgwater store, address on the contact page.
Royal Mail Deliveries
Accessories will state on their product details if they are suitable for postage by Royal Mail.
All Royal Mail deliveries require a signature.
Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
2nd Class - delivery 2 - 3 days.
1st Class - delivery 1 - 2 days.
Furniture Deliveries
Please ensure you select the correct delivery charge when checking out, any orders with the wrong delivery charge will be put on hold until the correct delivery charge has been paid.
All deliveries will be booked in.
We deliver Monday to Friday, we can not give an exact delivery time, however we can confirm if you will be AM or PM and give you a call when we are on the way to you if that helps.
Devon & Somerset Deliveries are normally made with 7 - 10 working days.
