COLLECTIONS

ALL collections must be pre arranged.

Goods can be collected from our Bridgwater store, address on the contact page.

DELIVERY - by royal mail

Accessories will state on their product details if they are suitable for postage by Royal Mail.

Please ensure you select the correct delivery charge when checking out, any orders with the wrong delivery charge will be put on hold until the correct delivery charge has been paid.

2nd Class Royal Mail - goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days, delivery 2 - 3 days.

1st Class Royal Mail - good are normally dispatched within 2 working days, delivery 1 - 2 days. 

All parcels require a signature.

WE DELIVER ALL AROUND THE UK

The following information is for deliveries around Devon and Somerset, if you require a delivery outside this area please contact us about delivery charges and time scales.

DELIVERY - FURNITURE

We charge a delivery contribution for ALL deliveries.

This charge includes packaging removal and any assembly that maybe required.

Please let us know in advance if there is anything our team may need to know, (lots of stairs, narrow doors, no parking, road closures/diversions), so we can ensure you have the right delivery team and we have allocated enough time for your delivery.

All deliveries will be booked in.

We deliver Monday to Friday, we can not give an exact delivery time, however we can confirm if you will be AM or PM and give you a call when we are on the way to you if that helps.

​

We can take old furniture away for a charge, this is because we are charged to dispose of it. This must be prearranged before your delivery.

If your old furniture is still usable we recommend contacting a local charity furniture shop, alternatively, you should be able dispose of it at your local tip / recycling centre free of charge.
